Grease buildup observed on sides of fryer and grill areas. Coolers, shelving, and other food equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and routine cleaning procedures must be established. In many areas of kitchen there is a black film (walls, floors, cabinets at front counter, foot pedals at blizzard machine) of grease, food, and dirt caused by lack of cleaning. This must be addressed and a routine cleaning plan must be implemented. Damage to wall near mopsink must be repaired and holes in wall at drive thru window must be repaired.
